GOD... Help

Mom and I went to the University for an MRI and a lung function test today.   I started with the MRI and it was hard for me.  I had to lay down on my back it was difficult to breathe and it was so hard.  Then I had some breakfast and did some shopping.  Then we did the lung function exam (PFT).  My lung test: 22% capacity.  Then we came home and I'm so exhausted! Dr. Edleman will let us know if i qualify for a lung transplant next week after reviewing all the information.

Messsage, Ps 30. I give you all the credit God- you got me of that mess,.. God, my God, I yelled for help and you put me together...

Thank you for supporting me through prayers, purchasing my cards and books and donations.  The books can only be purchased though me or my family because my website is not working.  If you want to donate you can go to the NTAF web, type VOLZ get a tax write off.

Love to all,
Lisa and Mom

April and ER

On Saturday I went to see Reverend Ziga and he annonted me oil, then Sunday I had an adventure yesterday at the UW hospital because my I went because Rheumatology Julia J. Rhiannon, MD, MSW, had noticed that my white blood cell count was a little high. At the ER I met an older lady who was also a believer and we prayed and ate some cucumber rolls. Then I went in to be evaluated for a little while, they took some blood and there was an infection in my chest. So I was put on anti-biotics and sent home. It is such a relief to not have to stay overnight. Now I am home recovering but I could really use your prayer support while I recover.

april, showers and showers

I just had another physical therapy session at UW.  Silver is the name of my therapist, she is tough but funny, so I am pretty pooped today after my session. Then the power went out,  another storm, and boy was Ari scared, I was concerned but Joe had no worries.

The weather makes it difficult for me to do anything, when the wind is blowing and the rain coming down hard it's hard for me to get around. But, I'm like a cat, I still have six lives left.

I'm just waiting for May when I will begin my re-evaluation for a lung transplant to start.  I really need your help, the pressures of getting a lung transplant or just paying the bills can be very difficult for us at times. Any help will do.

Hugs, Lisa
